EMC mobile
EMC mobile is The medical and paramedical reference, continually updated. This encyclopedic application contains:
- More than 10,000 reference articles and over 100,000 illustrations from EMC treaties.
- A specific search engine to filter the information sought by area or by treaty.
- Direct access to every item in the interactive table of contents, abstract, and the contents of the Treaty.
- The possibility to update all content on all compatible devices.
Goals
The objective of Elsevier Masson was to provide access to EMC mobile treaties to its subscribers. The application should , in addition, be able to generate income through pay-per-view purchases.
Results
EMC mobile was the most downloaded medical app in the France « Apple app store » upon its release in June 2012.
