Nous recherchons un Delivery Manager expérimenté pour piloter la livraison de projets techniques complexes au sein de nos squads DevOps.

Votre mission principale sera d’assurer la qualité, la performance et la cohérence des livrables techniques, tout en favorisant la montée en compétence des équipes et la culture de l’excellence opérationnelle.

Your main mission

  • Lead DevOps and Cloud project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budget, and deliverable quality are met
  • Supervise and coach Dev/DevOps teams in an Agile context
  • Tracking & reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards for project performance monitoring, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Risk management: Identify and anticipate risks that could impact project deliverables
  • Manage training planning, objective alignment, and team skill development
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and delivery processes
  • Provide occasional technical support on key projects and act as facilitator/mentor

Required Skillset

  • Academic background in computer engineering / DevOps / Cloud
  • Strong technical expertise in software development or cloud computing, with deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Proven project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, structure delivery processes, and support skill development
  • Analytical mindset, collaborative leadership, and passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
