Product Owner Web/mobile(M/F)
Mobelite is an agency specialized in digital strategy consulting, designing and development of mobile applications and websites and mobile marketing. Mobelite is strong of a team of experts in the realization of mobile applications on the most widespread platforms(iOS, Android, Windows, Phonegap...) and websites(HTML5, PHP, etc…).
Main duties of the position: You will intervene as a web and mobile Product Owner on the Agency’s projects.
You will be responsible for:
Management of the agency’s projects on behalf of its clients as well as those related to its solutions.
Bringing in expertise and feedback to be a driving force to improve agile processes, gain velocity and implement best practices.
Provision of expertise and experienced feedback to be a driving force to improve agile processes, gain speed and implement best practices.
In project management, you intervene on the traditional functions of the OP:
Creation of the storyboard on Balsamiq or Sketch
Project Management(SCRUM Methodology) on all projects
Backlog management: needs, prioritization, feature enhancement, user stories, follow-up of technical teams, validate iterations, etc.
Mobelite, a human-sized agency specialized in the design and development of mobile applications and websites is looking for an administrative assistant.
Reporting to the Directorate, you ensure compliance with administrative, legal and regulatory obligations in all areas Administrative/ Accounting/ Management/ Finance/ HR and Commercial, with the main tasks:
Administrative: mail management, development of administrative procedures.
Accounting/Management in connection with the accounting firm: budget forecasts, accounts payable, cash and overhead monitoring, social and tax declarations.
Human Resources: Management of personnel files(contracts, amendments, paid leaves, sick leaves, etc.) and management of payroll in connection with the accounting firm.
Commercial relation: Issue/relaunch of customer and partner invoices, Follow-up of contract renewals.
Suppliers relation: Negotiation of contracts and supplier orders(Office automation, general expenses, etc.).
Degree in Management/Accounting…you have a successful experience in a similar position
This position requires mastery of computer tools and good editorial skills.
