Obispo All Access
Obispo All Access is a mass market audio and video streatming mobile application dedicated to the music of Pascal Obispo. The vision sustaining the project is to gather in a single platform the entire catalog of music, video and podcast creation of the artist from his beginnings to present time. The app is a strong bond between the French singer and composer Pascal Obispo and his fan community.
Goals
The goals and challenges of this streaming app are numerous:
- Create a content administration system for audio, video and writtent material.
- Design and build the streaming infrastructure and player.
- Implement the business model of the app thanks to subscriptions and InApp Purchases on the Apple and Google stores.
- Build a scalable streaming infrastructure.
- Implement compliant listening and viewing analytics for the royalties management authority.
- Digital rights management and data protection.
Results
The app ranked at the 7th place of most popular free apps in France and at the 3rd place in the music category during the launch week.
