Tech Lead .Net

Design and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions using the framework .NET.
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and compliance with coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Participate in the development of complex features and POCs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX/UI, architects, and Product Management (PM/PO).

Desired Profile:

You hold a BAC+5 degree (engineering school or university curriculum).
You have at least 6 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading a team in an Agile environment.
You have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the .NET framework and related technologies, including (C#ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).
You have practical experience with modern front-end frameworks, such as(Angular, React ou Vue).
You have experience working with cloud platforms, such as ( Microsoft Azure or AWS )
You are familiar with DevOps practices and tools.
You have worked in environments with high standards for code quality.
You have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
