EMC mobile
EMC mobile is the medical and paramedical reference, continually updated. This encyclopedic application contains:
- More than 10,000 reference articles and over 100,000 illustrations from EMC treaties.
- A specific search engine to filter the information sought by area or by treaty.
- Direct access to every item in the interactive table of contents, abstract, and the contents of the Treaty.
- The possibility to update all content on all compatible devices.
Goals
The objective of Elsevier Masson was to provide access to EMC mobile treaties to its subscribers. The application should, in addition, be able to generate income through pay-per-view purchases.
Results
EMC mobile was the most downloaded medical app on the French App Store upon its release in June 2012.
